I recently had a disappointing experience with Orion Digital's hiring process for an SEO Executive (WFH) position. Despite completing three rounds of interviews, the process was marred by unprofessionalism.

The first round required me to visit their office for an HR round. However, what was surprising was that the second round took place over a phone call, while I was still present in the office. This lack of coordination and organization was a red flag.

The assignment given after the third round was unrealistic, expecting me to complete a comprehensive SEO audit, content fixing, keyword research, blog writing, backlink strategies, and more within 4-5 hours.

What's more alarming is the complete lack of communication after submitting the assignment. Repeated calls, texts, and messages went unanswered. It's shocking that a company would conduct entire interviews and assignments over WhatsApp, without even using email.

The HR representative, Vikrant, was rude and inattentive. When asked about the job description, it was shared over WhatsApp, and salary negotiations were not entertained.

Orion Digital's disregard for candidates' time and professionalism is appalling. I caution others to be wary of this company's hiring practices.

Nice company, nice management overall everything is good.

I came here for interview which 1 round face to face and 2 exam on desktop but when you assign exam there will be quite place where the interviewer thing for creatives content for creative questions you mention. But this will not happen. So please assign separate room.
