I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from hiring this company. They were constantly scheduling clients when the service provider was not available, double booking clients, and booking clients but then not putting them on the Studio’s schedule (and yes, I could keep going on issues we had with them). It was a constant hassle and took so much time and energy to sort out all the issues. On top of that, after canceling our service with them they continued to charge us. And when asked to correct the mistake, they flat refused and now are none responsive to communication. Needless to say we will be pursuing legal action and I hope to steer other people away from this headache of a company to work with.
